    At Omada Blue, safeguarding data security is at the core of our operations. Our commitment to protecting client information is evident in our comprehensive, multi-layered approach to data management. As you will discover in the following sections, we have established stringent team member policies and agreements that every member of our team willingly commits to. However, our dedication to data security extends far beyond these measures.

    The IT systems we use are protected by a combination of Apple Business Manager and Microsoft Intune.

    We control the software loads that the team members have access to while also restricting the ability to load new software without Administrator approval. We can lock and disable any piece of hardware at any time by locking the hardware with a
    One-Time password created by our Administrator. In extreme cases we can wipe the system.

    All IT systems have USB ports disabled along with restrictions on file transfer. These capabilities are then augmented by a no
    mobile policy on the production floor.

    New software loads are managed and controlled by our environment with system Serial numbers managed within our environment. All IT Systems can be configured with disk level encryption and data vaults to further
    secure any data it holds.

    All logins, software access and authorised communications platforms are managed by our Azure Active Directory residing
    inside the Microsoft encrypted environment.

    Customer access is controlled by our network VPNs configured within our VPN hardware controllers. Access to VPN’s is then further restricted to only those team members with approved access.

    Each system is further managed by a software monitoring capability that also ensures schedule adherence to confirm only
    those people required to be working are indeed working. Screen shots are then taken to help the Quality team members ensure compliance to policy and process.

    Each building has Biometric enabled two factor authentication (TFA) to ensure that the right person is gaining access to the
    building when required. TFA uses a combination of fingerprint, face recognition and RFID Card access.

    Our network is further secured behind industry strength firewalls that protect the occupants from cyber security threats.
